The Project Coordinator has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all sold projects. This person will be the liaison between sales staff, the work crew, suppliers and the customer. Communication skills are essential in this role.
Ordering materials from suppliers
Scheduling and rescheduling all jobs
Keeping customers apprised of the work schedule
Checking on crews via phone daily to ensure schedule is maintained
Communicating with field superintendent and material coordinator
Other duties as assigned by management
This is primarily and office role, however, it may be occasionally necessary to visit a job site if a situation has escalated.
Seeking highly organized individual
Ability to work and maintain order despite constant interruption and redirection
Attention to detail
Spanish speaker a plus
Will interact with our CRM – basic computer skills a must
